Anyone who knows me well, knows how much I LOVE to cook, especially things that are healthy, fresh, and preferably organic. Just thought I'd share one of my inspirations; Heidi Swanson. I love reading her blog and trying her recipes. There's naughty stuff too, like chocolate puddle cookies...you HAVE to try this recipe...mmmmmm!!! :)
